Position Title: Finance Manager

Responsible for structuring finance deals for all producers. Responsible for keeping up with all federal, state, local laws and ensuring they are being followed. Manage deal flow to maximize profit, manage department revenue which includes chargebacks and adjustments. Manage CIT. Responsible for having detailed knowledge of all lender programs. Maintain budget.
Responsibilities:
Structures all deals for producers Determines where deal should be submitted.
Establishes and maintains a good working relationship with all our lenders and factory sources.
Check deals from desk for correct paperwork/stips.
Has complete knowledge of every car deal that enters F&I.
Submits deals daily. Manages a 72-hour discipline with regards to deal approvals.
Have detailed knowledge of all lender programs. Manages portfolios to maximize profit.
Maintains an accurate account for all products sold. Manages department revenue on a daily basis.
Ensures all our customers are signing paperwork with a Sales Manager or Finance.
Ensures all products are disclosed to customers with the menu style set in place by the dealership.
Ensures all products are offered 100% of the time to 100% of our customers.
Attends all sales meetings – communicate deal status to managers in a timely manner.
Ensures federal, state and local law as well as company policy is being followed regarding spot deliveries.
Ensures that all federal and state regulations regarding paperwork are being followed.
Ensures that policies for Red Flags, OFAC, Privacy Notice, credit applications and RBPN’s are being followed.
Keeps staff current with Dealer Track updates and trainings.
Reviews penetration reports daily with personnel.
Hits department objectives on a consistent basis.
Manages CIT on a daily basis. Manages chargebacks and adjustments on a monthly basis.
Continually looks to grow in areas of knowledge and ability.
Manages all aspects of job performance for F&I contractors.
Office is neat and set up in an organized manner. Office is secured at all times
Requirements:
Follows the dress code the company has put in place. Maintains a clean and neat work area.
Follows federal, state and local law as well as company policy about safeguarding all information.
Reports on time to work and follows schedule that is given. Calls supervisor if he/she cannot be at work on time.
Keeps current with annual HR training along with any other training that might be required for this position.
Follows all company policies and procedures. Notifies supervisor of any illegal activity.
